Please read the following policies carefully.


By booking a session, you agree to all terms outlined below.

payment

1) A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total session fee is required to confirm your booking. Your session is not considered confirmed until this deposit has been received.


2) The deposit must be submitted within 48 hours of the booking date. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the session.


3) The remaining balance is due on the day of the session and may be paid prior to or following the shoot. Edited photos will not be released until the balance has been paid in full.


4) Locations outside the service area are subject to a $0.80 per mile travel fee.

rescheduling

1) Each booking is entitled to one complimentary reschedule, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.


2) Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the session will not be honored. A new booking and deposit will be required.


3) Sessions cancelled due to adverse weather conditions will be rescheduled at no additional cost. All rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

Timing and punctuality

1) Clients are expected to arrive on time and ready to begin. The scheduled session time begins/ends at the agreed-upon time regardless of client arrival.


2) A grace period of 15 minutes will be extended to clients who are running late. If a client has not arrived within this window, the session will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.


3) Late arrivals do not result in an extension of session time. Setup and preparation are included within the booked session duration.

delivery

1) Following your session, you will receive access to RAW image files for the purpose of selecting your desired edits. The number of edits available is determined by your chosen package.


2) RAW files are unprocessed and are provided solely for selection purposes. They are not intended for personal or professional use in their unedited state.


3) Edited images will be delivered within 5–7 business days of final selection, contingent upon receipt of the remaining balance.

additional terms

1) FLACOVANGOGH LLC reserves the right to use session images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless a written privacy agreement is arranged in advance.


2) Clients are responsible for the behavior and safety of any additional guests or minors present during the session.


3) Additional edits are available for $10 each.


4) Locations outside the service area are subject to a 80 cents per mile travel fee.
